抗日战争是一百多年来中国人民反侵略战争的第一次重大胜利，它对中国政治发展趋势产生了重大影响：一、实现了自辛亥革命以来一直未能实现的中华民族的统一与团结；二、使中国的国际地位得到提高；三、共产党领导的革命力量在斗争中得到发展，形成了新的政治局面，为建立新中国创造了有利条件，奠定了良好的基础。
The Anti-Japanese War was the first major victory of the Chinese people’s anti-aggression war in more than 100 years and exerted a significant influence on the trend of political development in China. First, it has brought about the unification and solidarity of the Chinese nation that has not been possible since the Revolution of 1911 ; Secondly, China’s international status has been raised; thirdly, the revolutionary forces under the leadership of the Communist Party have been developed during the struggle and a new political situation has been formed, creating favorable conditions for the founding of New China and laying a good foundation.
