根据华北平原绿化会议精神,农林部委托河南省商邱地区于十二月十日在民权县举办了泡桐育苗技术训练班。经过参加学习的代表充分讨论,拟订了《泡桐栽培技术要点》一文,现刊载出来,供我省各地发展泡桐参考。
