华北油田的电脱水 ,通常采用三层电极板结构形式。电极板的结构形式直接影响电脱水器的正常工作。传统设计电极板时只通过调整层数与层间的距离来达到电场强度的分配。对电脱水器的核心部分电极板的结构进行改造 ,将传统的电极板网孔状结构改为条形结构。经定性分析 ,改造后的新极板各项指标均有明显的提高 ,从而提高了电脱水器的工作性能。在实际运行中效果明显 :提高了原油的生产效率 ,降低了原油的生产成本 ,节约了电脱水器的维修费用
Electric dehydration in the North China Oilfield, usually using three layers of electrode plate structure. The structure of the electrode plate directly affects the normal operation of the electric dehydrator. The traditional design of the electrode plate only by adjusting the number of layers and the distance between the layers to achieve the distribution of electric field strength.
