一级齿轮轴渗碳直接淬火工艺,既要保证齿轮、花键部位的硬度,又需控制螺纹部位的硬度值及零件的热处理组织。本文主要对齿轮轴渗碳直接淬火后,防渗部位的硬度、渗碳区金相组织及零件整个工艺流程过后的变形量,与渗碳后进行一次加热淬火工艺进行对比分析。可以看出,渗碳直接淬火在保证零件机械性能的前提下,减小了变形量,降低了生产成本。
