目的了解喀什地区各级医疗机构的消毒与灭菌效果情况,为卫生监督工作提供科学依据。方法通过现场采样和检测方法,对喀什地区所属各级医疗机构消毒与灭菌效果进行检测与分析。结果 3年共采集各类样品16 920份,合格样品数为14 809份,平均合格率为87.5%。2010年、2011年、2013年不同类型医疗机构消毒效果合格率依次为81.3%、85.1%和93.7%。以压力蒸汽灭菌器合格率最低,仅为47.0%;其次是室内空气,合格率为68.9%。地县级医院消毒质量合格率明显高于乡镇卫生院和私立医疗机构。结论新疆喀什地区医疗机构应加强压力蒸汽灭菌器更新换代和灭菌操作流程管理,限期提高灭菌质量。 Objective To understand the disinfection and sterilization effects of medical institutions at all levels in Kashgar region and to provide a scientific basis for health supervision. Methods By means of on-site sampling and testing, the disinfection and sterilization of medical institutions at all levels in Kashi Prefecture were tested and analyzed. Results A total of 16 920 samples of various types were collected during the three years. The number of qualified samples was 14 809, with an average passing rate of 87.5%. In 2010, 2011 and 2013, the passing rates of disinfection of different types of medical institutions were 81.3%, 85.1% and 93.7%, respectively. The lowest rate of pressure steam sterilizer, only 47.0%; followed by indoor air, with a pass rate of 68.9%. To the county hospital disinfection quality pass rate was significantly higher than the township hospitals and private medical institutions. Conclusion Medical institutions in Kashgar, Xinjiang should strengthen the replacement of pressure steam sterilizer and the management of sterilization operation process, and increase the sterilization quality within a definite period of time.
