为了探寻形成冲压件表面冲击线的影响因素,采用Dynaform板料成形软件,以曲面扁壳件为模型对不同工艺条件下的成形过程进行模拟分析。模拟结果表明,间隙压边对冲压件表面冲击线的影响不大,随着压边力的增加,冲击线位移量在12.5~13.5 mm之间震荡。然而恒定压边对冲击线影响较大,合理设置压边力可以有效降低冲击线的产生。拉深筋对冲击线的影响也较大,其不同设置方式可控制冲击线位移方向和位移量大小。此外,增加冲压件的拉深深度,冲击线的位移量增大。通过合理地设置成形工艺可以有效地控制冲击线的位移量和方向,提高产品的表面精度和成形质量。
In order to find out the influencing factors of the impact line of the stamping parts, Dynaform sheet metal forming software was used to simulate the forming process under different process conditions by using the curved flat-shelled part as a model. The simulation results show that the gap blank has little effect on the impact line of the stamping surface. As the blank holder force increases, the displacement of the impact line shocks between 12.5 and 13.5 mm. However, the impact of the constant pressure on the impact of a greater impact, a reasonable set blank holder force can effectively reduce the impact line. Drawbead has a greater impact on the impact of the line, its different settings can control the direction of the impact of displacement lines and displacement size. In addition, increasing the drawing depth of the stamping increases the displacement of the impact line. By reasonably setting the forming process, the displacement and direction of the impact line can be effectively controlled to improve the surface precision and the forming quality of the product.
