该文以福建省晋江防洪工程试验段(晋江溜滨水闸至晋江大桥段)为例,探讨堤身土方压实施工质量保障措施。由料场土体常规物理性质测试确定采用残积粘性土培填,利用室内击实试验和现场碾压试验确定分层填筑厚度和碾压遍数。现场压实度检测结果表明,防洪工程加高培厚采用分层填筑碾压后,压实度基本达到规范要求。
Taking the pilot section of Jinjiang Flood Control Project in Jinjiang of Fujian Province (Jinjiang River Waterfront Dam to Jinjiang Bridge Section) as an example, the paper discusses the quality assurance measures of earthwork compaction construction of embankment. According to the test of conventional physical properties of the material field, residual clay soil is used for filling and testing. The indoor compaction test and on-site rolling test are used to determine the thickness of stratified filling and the number of rolling compaction. The test results of on-site compaction showed that the compaction degree basically reached the standard requirements after the flood-control project was raised and thickened by stratified filling and crushing.
