本研究采用问卷调查、数理统计、文献资料分析、访谈等研究方法,对安徽省六安市农村初级中学221名体育教师继续教育现状进行了调查和分析,结果表明:六安市农村初级中学大部分体育师资对于接受继续教育有较高的热情,但极少部分的体育教师能够充分理解继续教育的目的和意义。此外,为数不多的师资得到了学校的支持,实际参与继续教育的体育教师比例较低,且参与专业继续教育的学员满意度不高。针对继续教育存在的主要问题,从培训内容、培训形式和时间安排等方面提出了对策与建议。
In this study, we investigated and analyzed the status quo of 221 PE teachers’ continuing education in rural junior high schools in Lu’an City, Anhui Province. The results showed that: Some PE teachers have a higher enthusiasm for continuing education, but a very small proportion of PE teachers can fully understand the purpose and significance of continuing education. In addition, a small number of teachers received school support, the actual participation of continuing education, a lower proportion of physical education teachers, and participate in continuing education students are not satisfied. In view of the main problems of continuing education, some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the aspects of training contents, training forms and schedule.
