校外教育作为素质教育改革过程中的一种创新型教学,对于促进学生的多渠道、多层次、多方位、多形式的学习和实践具有重要的意义。从经济学的角度来看所谓的校外教育,其本质是对教学成本与教学效果之间的一种考量和评估。校外教育在小学素质教育新课改之后之所以作为一种现代化的教学理念和方式,通过教学计划的制定和实施,用最少的教育教学资源去实现既有的教学目标,最大程度上获取优异的教学成果。如何充分做好校外教育的社会资源的整合和利用等问题,仍然是农村地区学校开展校外教育所必须深思和亟需解决的关键。
As an innovative teaching in the process of quality education reform, extra-curricular education is of great significance to promote students’ learning and practice at multiple channels, levels, directions and forms. From an economic point of view, the so-called off-campus education is essentially a consideration and assessment of the cost of teaching and the effectiveness of teaching. Out-of-school education as a modern teaching philosophy and method after the new curriculum reform of quality-oriented education in primary school, through the formulation and implementation of the teaching plan, with the least educational resources to achieve the existing teaching objectives, to maximize the excellent Teaching achievements. How to fully integrate and utilize the social resources for off-campus education is still the key to be pondered and urgently needed for schools to carry out extra-curricular education in rural areas.
