为了探讨乳腺癌间质浸润细胞的局部免疫状态及对预后的影响,对90例乳腺癌进行组织学分级,间质浸润细胞用4种单克隆抗体(LCA,UCHL1,L26,Mac387)进行免疫组化标记。结果发现组织学分级不同,间质浸润细胞的量不同,间质细胞浸润程度有随癌组织分化程度降低而减弱的现象。提示乳腺癌组织分化程度越高,间质浸润细胞越多,若伴有一定数量的淋巴细胞浸润,患者预后较好。
To investigate the local immune status and prognosis of breast cancer interstitial infiltrating cells, 90 breast cancers were histologically graded. Interstitial infiltrating cells were immunized with four monoclonal antibodies (LCA, UCHL1, L26, Mac387). Mark. The results showed that the histological grading was different, the amount of interstitial infiltrating cells was different, and the degree of interstitial cell infiltration decreased with the degree of differentiation of the cancer tissue.
