学校应该重视法治教育课,做到教师、教材、教案、课时四落实。在学生接受法律知识系统学习的同时,学校还应该开展形式多样、实效性强的提高学生法治意识的主题实践活动,使学生在活动中学习、活动中感悟、活动中受到教育、活动中增长法治知识、活动中树立法治观念。学校还应该通过严格的制度管理及健康向上的活动引导学生,同时做好“家庭、社会、学校”三级教育网络工作,使学生从小养成良好的道德品质和行为习惯,为遵守法律打下坚实的基础。
