目的了解青岛市健康教育机构人力资源配置的状况和地区差异,为健康教育相关政策制定提供依据。方法对2010、2012年青岛市各级健康教育机构的在职人员情况进行描述性统计分析。结果 2012年全市健康教育机构专职人员累计37人,兼职20人。按人口密度平均每百万人口拥有专职人员4.83人,比2010年减少0.26人,7区比5市多4.97人;女性为主,平均年龄37岁,45岁以上占29.73%,比2010年减少11.30%,其中7区和5市45岁以上人员分别占15.00%和54.55%;本科及以上学历占64.86%;公共卫生专业占48.65%,7区和5市分别为60.00%和27.27%;无高级职称,7区和5市初级职称分别占65.00%和9.09%;参与各级合作项目共8个,发表论文2篇。结论健康教育专业人员整体数量不足;人员日趋年轻化、高学历化和专业化,但存在较大的地区差异;健康教育执行和科研能力有待加强。
Objective To understand the status and regional differences of human resources allocation in health education institutions in Qingdao and provide the basis for policy making related to health education. Methods Descriptive statistical analysis of the incumbency status of health education institutions at all levels in Qingdao in 2010 and 2012 was conducted. Results The city’s health education institutions in 2012 a total of 37 full-time staff, part-time 20 people. According to the population density, there are 4.83 full-time staff members per million population, 0.26 fewer than in 2010, 4.97 more in the 7 districts than in the 5 cities. The main types of women are women, with an average age of 37 years and 29.73% over the age of 45, 11.30%, of which 7 districts and 5 cities accounted for 15.00% and 54.55% respectively over the age of 45; 64.86% with bachelor degree or above; 48.65% with public health major, 60.00% and 27.27% respectively with 7 districts and 5 cities; Senior titles, 7 districts and 5 cities accounted for 65.00% and 9.09% of junior titles; participate in all levels of cooperation projects a total of 8, published 2 papers. Conclusion The overall number of health education professionals is not enough. The personnel are becoming younger, more educated and specialized, but with greater regional differences. The implementation of health education and research capabilities need to be strengthened.
