目的 :研究人参皂苷 2 0 (s) -原人参三醇组中几种主要单体皂苷的温和酸水解。方法 :以高效液相色谱 (HPLC)法标识水解产物。结果 :人参皂苷Rg1降解产生次级苷Rh1;Re产生Rg2 ;水解时 ,这些次级苷产物可伴随产生少量C2 0 异构体。结论 :对温和酸性条件下皂苷降解过程的测定 ,所使用的HPLC方法是可行的 ,产物检测时的色谱特征较为明显 ,由此对水解机理的认识也较为全面。
Objective: To study the mild acid hydrolysis of several main monomer saponins in ginsenoside 20 (s) - protopanaxol group. Methods: Hydrolysis products were identified by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Results: Ginsenoside Rg1 is degraded to produce the secondary glucoside Rh1; Re produces Rg2; upon hydrolysis, these secondary glycoside products can be accompanied by the production of a small amount of C2 0 isoforms. Conclusion: HPLC method is feasible for the determination of saponin degradation under mild acidic conditions. The chromatographic characteristics of the product are obvious. Therefore, the understanding of the hydrolysis mechanism is also more comprehensive.
