Currently, there are many HCV genotyping systems in the world. To evaluate the consistency of different genotyping systems and investigate the distribution of HCV genotypes in the United States and the clinical significance of different HCV genotypes, the authors conducted this study. The study population consisted of 139 adult patients with chronic hepatitis C who were positive for anti-HCV in Florida, Missouri and California and had an ALT level of> 6 months. Serum samples collected from the subjects were frozen in two hours to prepare the test, thawed serum samples in addition to the detection of ALT levels, but also by branched DNA amplification for quantitative HCV RNA detection, with six different HCV
