在餐饮业中,受过良好教育的大学生员工是一支具有发展潜力的队伍,更是餐饮企业未来人力资本的储备。然而,现阶段餐饮业的大学生员工流失问题,严重影响了企业的良性发展。本文对大学生员工流失现象进行了剖析,并提出相应的具体对策来吸引留住有潜力的大学生。
In the catering industry, well-educated college staff is a team with potential for development, but also a reserve for future human capital of catering enterprises. However, at this stage, the problem of loss of college students in the restaurant industry has seriously affected the healthy development of the enterprise. This article analyzes the phenomenon of college staff turnover, and puts forward corresponding concrete measures to attract and retain potential college students.
