目的探讨c-Met和MMP-2在人声门上型喉癌组织中的表达与其CT的关系。方法收集48例声门上型喉癌患者的CT图像及癌组织标本,分别采用原位杂交方法检测其c-Met基因及用免疫组化法检测MMP-2基因,分析检测结果与CT图像的关系。结果声门上型喉癌原发灶不同范围的c-Met、MMP-2基因表达差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。而CT显示有无侵袭会厌前间隙、会厌谷、梨状窝、喉咽侧壁、声带以及有无颈淋巴结转移各组中c-Met、MMP-2基因的表达差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 c-Met、MMP-2基因表达的异常在喉癌细胞的增殖、发展及转移中起重要作用,其阳性表达与声门上型喉癌的侵袭与转移密切相关,可成为声门上型喉癌预后不良的标志。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of c-Met and MMP-2 in human supraglottic laryngeal carcinoma and their CT. Methods 48 cases of supraglottic laryngeal cancer patients with CT images and cancer tissue samples were detected by in situ hybridization c-Met gene and immunohistochemical detection of MMP-2 gene, the results of the analysis and CT images relationship. Results There was no significant difference in the expression of c-Met and MMP-2 between the different ranges of the supraglottic laryngeal carcinoma (P> 0.05). The expression of c-Met and MMP-2 in each group was significantly higher than that in the other two groups (P <0.05 ). Conclusions The abnormal expression of c-Met and MMP-2 gene plays an important role in the proliferation, development and metastasis of laryngeal carcinoma cells. The positive expression of c-Met and MMP-2 is closely related to the invasion and metastasis of supraglottic laryngeal carcinoma, A sign of poor prognosis of laryngeal cancer.
