当朋友遇到烦心事时,我们总会挖空心思,想出各种办法安慰他。而我们自己在被烦恼羁绊的时候,却往往不知该如何是好。心理学家认为:人们所遭遇的烦恼中,将近一半是自己胡思乱想造成的,只要保持良好的心态,去除不切实际的想法,烦恼则自然消除;而剩下的一半才要靠智慧和力量去解决。我们应该学会主宰自己,做个聪明的烦恼者。
When friends encounter trouble, we always try to find ways to comfort him. While we ourselves are being troubled, we often do not know what to do. According to psychologists, nearly half of the troubles people encounter are caused by their cranky thoughts. As long as they maintain a good attitude and remove unrealistic thoughts, their troubles naturally disappear; and the remaining half must rely on wisdom and strength solve. We should learn to dominate ourselves, to be a clever trouble.
