针对人才选拔与评价标准问题,将胜任力模型引入地矿行业卓越人才的选拔与考核评价体系。采取质性分析与量化分析方法相结合的研究方法,建构了包括技能性胜任力、社会性胜任力和特质性胜任力3个维度共22项胜任力的卓越矿业工程师胜任力模型,为地矿行业卓越人才选拔提供指导。
In view of talent selection and evaluation standards, the competency model is introduced into the selection and appraisal system of excellence talents in the geology and mining industry. Taking a combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, this paper constructs a model of competence of outstanding engineers, including 22 competencies of skill competency, social competency and personality competency. Industry excellence to provide guidance for the selection of personnel.
