近年来,高职院校不断扩招,并将培养高素质、专业性的技术人才作为办学宗旨和发展目标。高职思政课教学是高职教育中的重要组成部分,作为为未来社会输送专业技术人才的摇篮,高职思政课的教学模式和教育体制,一直是教育界研究的重点。本文立足于高职思政课的教学现状,简述积极心理学的相关理论,并在此基础上,提出高职思政课教学中应用积极心理学的教学策略,提升人才的核心竞争力。
In recent years, higher vocational colleges continue to expand their enrollment, and cultivate high-quality, professional and technical personnel as the purpose and development goals. The teaching of ideological and political course in higher vocational colleges is an important part of higher vocational education. As the cradle of transporting professional and technical personnel for the future society, the teaching mode and educational system of ideological and political courses in higher vocational colleges have been the focus of education research. Based on the present situation of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges, this article briefly introduces the relevant theory of positive psychology, and on this basis, puts forward the teaching strategies of positive psychology in the teaching of ideological and political course in higher vocational colleges to enhance the core competitiveness of qualified personnel.
