本文针对K_(18)型煤炭漏斗车在运用考验中所反映的有关锁闭性能方面的问题,从设计这一环节出发,阐述了影响K_(18)车锁闭可靠性的一些潜在因素,这些因素主要有:空车自锁力矩小;没有落锁位置显示标志;双联杠杆迈步和传动轴安装基础弱。在此基础上,文章以K_(18F)型车为例,进一步阐述了为改善煤炭漏斗车锁闭性能而采取的增加两级锁闭、提高空车自锁力矩等具体措施,这些措施尚待经受运用考验。
This paper aims at the problem of lock performance reflected in the operation test of K_ (18) coal hopper car. From the point of design, some potential factors affecting the reliability of K_ (18) car lock are expounded. The main factors are: empty self-locking torque is small; there is no sign of the location of the lock; dual leverage and drive shaft installation foundation is weak. On this basis, the article takes K_ (18F) model as an example, further elaborates the concrete measures such as increasing two-stage locking and improving self-locking torque of empty carriage, which are still to be done Withstand the test of use.
