采用水热法成功制备了在Si基底上的钒氧化物纳米管.通过X射线衍射、拉曼光谱、扫描电子显微镜对纳米管的结构和形貌进行了表征,测试了在不同的搅拌时间和水热反应时间下纳米管形貌的变化以及气敏性质.着重探讨了不同的搅拌时间和水热反应时间对样品形貌和气敏特性的影响.结果表明,水热反应时间越长,样品管状形貌越好,边缘越平滑.其气敏敏感度越好,响应时间也比水热反应时间短的样品要快.VO_X纳米管内径分布在25—35 nm,外径分布在65—100 nm.
The vanadium oxide nanotubes on Si substrate were successfully prepared by hydrothermal method.The structure and morphology of the nanotubes were characterized by X-ray diffraction, Raman spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The effects of different mixing time and The changes of nanotube morphology and gas sensing properties under hydrothermal reaction time were studied.The effects of different stirring time and hydrothermal reaction time on the morphology and gas sensing properties of the samples were investigated.The results showed that the longer the hydrothermal reaction time, The better the morphology and the smoother the edges, the better the gas sensitivity and the faster response time than the samples with shorter hydrothermal reaction time.VO_X nanotubes have an inner diameter of 25-35 nm and an outer diameter of 65-100 nm .
