1978年以前,中国史学界一般都认为1939年9月1日德国法西斯进攻波兰,9月3日英法对德宣战,是第二次世界大战的起点。近来,中国大陆学者提出了第二次世界大战应以中国抗日战争为起点的问题,有些外国学者也持此种看法,即以1931年九一八事变或1937年七七事变为大战的起点。世界大战应具备下列条件:1.直接参战的应有几个世界上的主要国家。2.战争打乱了正常的国际秩序,改变了世界上许多国家的国际关系和国内局势。3.战争成为全世界注目的大事而不只是直接参战国的大 Before 1978, Chinese historians generally believed that the German fascism attacked Poland on September 1, 1939, and Britain and France declared war on Germany on September 3, the starting point of World War II. Recently, scholars from mainland China put forward the question that the Second World War should take the war of resistance against Japan as the starting point. Some foreign scholars also hold the view that the war broke out in the wake of the September 18 Incident of 1931 or the 1937 Incident of 1937. World War should meet the following conditions: 1.
