航空发动机压气机低速模拟实验台所用树脂叶片注塑成型过程复杂,叶片成型精度由模腔和工艺参数决定。为探索工艺参数及其交互作用对叶片成型精度的影响规律,提出并研究了压气机叶片注塑变形主工艺因素的二次分析方法。首先基于析因试验研究了熔体温度、模具温度等工艺参数对叶片成型变形的影响,揭示了对叶片变形影响显著的工艺参数及其交互作用;再基于响应面方法分析了各主工艺参数及其交互作用对叶片变形的影响规律。仿真试验结果表明,保压时间、熔体温度与保压时间的交互作用等是影响叶片变形的显著因素。
Aero-engine compressor low-speed simulation of the resin used in the blade test injection molding process is complex, the blade molding accuracy determined by the cavity and process parameters. In order to explore the influence of process parameters and its interaction on blade forming precision, a secondary analysis method of main technological factors of compressor blade deformation was proposed and studied. First of all, based on the factorial experiment, the influence of the process parameters such as melt temperature and mold temperature on the forming deformation of the blade was studied, and the process parameters and their interaction which had a significant effect on the deformation of the blade were revealed. Then, The interaction of the law of the deformation of the blade. Simulation results show that the interaction between dwell time, melt temperature and dwell time are the significant factors affecting the deformation of the blade.
