将90尾初始体质量为70~80 g的健康鲤平均分成5组,每组3个重复,分别饲喂不同蛋白水平且添加不同水平和种类的蛋氨酸日粮,试验期60 d。A组为对照组,日粮粗蛋白水平为34.4%(其中鱼粉含量为15%),添加0.64%的DL-蛋氨酸(DLM);B和C组日粮粗蛋白水平为32.15%(其中鱼粉含量为11%),分别添加0.69%和0.74%的DLM;D和E组日粮粗蛋白水平为30.01%(其中鱼粉含量为7%),分别添加0.77%和0.82%的蛋氨酸羟基类似物(LMA)。比较研究低蛋白日粮中添加不同水平和种类的蛋氨酸对鲤生长和氮磷排泄的影响。结果表明:低蛋白饲料中添加蛋氨酸和赖氨酸等游离氨基酸,对鲤增重率、饲料系数和蛋白质效率没有显著影响(P>0.05),但能有效地减少氮磷的排放(P<0.05);饲料中添加DLM与同效价的LMA相比,LMA促进鲤生长和提高饲料利用率,减少氮磷排放的效果均好于DLM。
Ninety healthy carp with initial body mass of 70-80 g were divided into five groups with three replicates in each group, which were fed with different protein levels and dietary methionine diet at different levels and types for 60 days. In group A, the crude protein level was 34.4% (fish meal content was 15%), DL-methionine (DLM) 0.64%, and the crude protein level in group B and C was 32.15% (11%), respectively. The DLM of 0.69% and 0.74% were added respectively. The crude protein level was 30.01% (fish meal content was 7%), and 0.77% and 0.82% methionine hydroxy analogues ). The effects of adding different levels and types of methionine on the growth and nitrogen and phosphorus excretion of the common carp were compared. The results showed that addition of free amino acids such as methionine and lysine to low protein feed had no significant effect on the weight gain rate, feed conversion coefficient and protein efficiency of carp (P> 0.05), but could effectively reduce the nitrogen and phosphorus emissions (P <0.05 ). Compared with LMA with the same titer, LMA promoted the growth and feed utilization of the common carp and reduced the nitrogen and phosphorus emission better than DLM.
