房地产发展直接关系到整个国家国民经济的发展和人民群众的住房需求,也是当今我国经济发展的支柱产业。在当今社会,市场竞争日益激烈,房地产企业若想能够立足和发展,最为重要的莫过于对于绩效考核。基于此,主要分析了当今我国房地产企业进行绩效考核存在的不足和缺陷,并有针对性的提出相应可操作性建议,以期能够为学界和业界提供相应的思考和借鉴。
The development of real estate is directly related to the development of the national economy of the entire country and the housing needs of the people and is also the pillar industry in China’s economic development. In today’s society, the market is increasingly fierce competition, real estate business if you want to be able to foothold and development, the most important thing is the performance appraisal. Based on this, it mainly analyzes the shortcomings and deficiencies of the performance appraisal of real estate enterprises in our country today, and puts forward some feasible suggestions pertinently, with a view to providing corresponding thinking and reference for the academia and the industry.
