为研究病程相关蛋白(PRs)基因与植物对霜霉病原菌抗性关系,本研究以大白菜抗病品种为材料,采用实时定量PCR技术检测接种Peronospora parasitica后4种PRs基因的表达。结果表明,P.parasitica接种处理显著诱导了PR-4和classⅣ几丁质酶基因在大白菜抗病品种中的表达,β-1,3-葡聚糖基因的表达却呈现双峰曲线特点,PR-1基因表达量没有变化。PRs基因的表达特点表明其在大白菜对霜霉病害抗性中起到了不同的作用。
In order to study the relationship between disease-related protein (PRs) genes and the resistance of plants to downy mildew, we studied the expression of four PRs genes by using real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (PCR) in Chinese cabbage resistant cultivars. The results showed that P.parasitica inoculation significantly induced the expression of chitinase genes PR-4andⅣin Chinese cabbage disease-resistant cultivars, but the expression of β-1,3-glucan showed bimodal curves, PR-1 gene expression did not change. The expression characteristics of PRs gene indicates that it plays a different role in resistance to downy mildew in Chinese cabbage.
