People, is the soul of a city. However, we must admit that in the course of our vigorous urbanization, what we neglect is exactly the thinking of “human nature.” The new blue-collar, people living in the city can not be separated but also seem to be invisible groups. According to the recently released “Post-95 Blue-collar Status Report”, among the 36 primary and secondary cities in China, including Nanjing, Suzhou and Wuxi, among 38 new blue collar occupations, the average post-95 blue collar workers work 9.4 times a day Hours, only 3.7 days a month to rest. These figures mean that in this society, nearly half of the new blue-collar workers’ legitimate rights and interests are hard to be guaranteed.
