目的:研究不同载荷方向下游离端附着体义齿基牙牙周及粘膜的应力.方法:应用三维有限元应力分析方法.结果:①近缺隙基牙承担主要牙合力;②基托的大小对基牙牙周应力产生影响,颊向加载时基牙应力小于舌向加载;③牙合力偏向近中,牙槽嵴顶牙周应力分布较好,偏向远中应力最大(最大值382MPa),颊舌向次之,但也远大于垂直加载(最大值231MPa).结论:制作游离端附着体义齿时应尽量减少侧向及远中向牙合力,尽量增大基托面积
Objective: To study the stress of periodontal and mucosal abutments of free-end attachment denture under different loading directions. Methods: Three-dimensional finite element stress analysis method was used. Results: (1) The near-gap abutment bear the main force; (2) the size of the abutment has an effect on the periodontal stress of the abutment; the stress of the abutment is less than that of the tongue when loaded; (3) The distribution of periodontal stress is good, with the maximum stress at the far point (maximum of 382 MPa) and the bucco-lingual second, but also much larger than the vertical loading (maximum of 231 MPa). Conclusion: When making the free end attachment denture, the lateral and distal mid-point force should be minimized to maximize the base area
