让每位参训者都有“获得感”

提出“让每位参训者有获得感”是职教培训的目标和使命,建构“获得感”之于职教培训的价值定位、理论思路及其实践路径。职业教育培训获得感包括理念的、视野的、人际的、行动的、知识的等内在获得感;同时,要有利于问题解决、工作改进、专业发展和改进等外在行动的获得。坚持“需求出发、问题导向、专业引领”的思路是获得感培训的理论基础,“围绕课程、系统设计、过程监控和反馈改进”是其基本原则。以教育部职业技术教育中心研究所培训中心的实践为案例,阐述了有获得感的培训的实践路径和典型模式。 It is proposed that “letting every participant have a sense of acquisition” is the goal and mission of vocational education training, and the value orientation, theoretical thinking and practical path of constructing “gaining sense” in vocational education training. Vocational education and training gain a sense of internal perception including philosophy, vision, interpersonal, action and knowledge; at the same time, it is conducive to obtaining external actions such as problem solving, job improvement, professional development and improvement. Adhere to the “demand-oriented, problem-oriented, professional lead ” train of thought is to gain a sense of the theoretical basis “around the curriculum, system design, process monitoring and feedback improvement ” is its basic principle. Taking the practice of the training center of the Institute of Vocational and Technical Education of the Ministry of Education as a case, this paper expounds the practical path and typical mode of gaining training.
