目的研究帕金森病(PD)的正中神经体感诱发电位中央前成分的异常特征及早期的诊断价值。方法在50例早期PD 病人和30例健康对照组同时进行正中神经体感诱发电位顶,中央前成分记录,观察中央前成分的时间及幅度参数的异常。结果在PD 中,中央前成分 P22~N30波幅明显下降,中央前成分异常率明显比顶成分高(P<0. 01)。结论 PD正中神经体感诱发电位以中央前成分 波幅异常为主,中央前成分异常对早期PD具有一定的诊断价值。
Objective To investigate the anomalous characteristics of the anterior central nervous system somatosensory evoked potentials in Parkinson’s disease (PD) and its early diagnostic value. Methods 50 cases of early PD patients and 30 healthy control group were also recorded at the top of the median nerve somatosensory evoked potentials and the central former component records to observe the anterior component of the central time and amplitude parameters anomalies. Results In PD, the amplitude of P22 ~ N30 in the central part decreased significantly, and the abnormal rate of the anterior part in the central part was significantly higher than that in the top part (P <0.01). Conclusions PD median nerve somatosensory evoked potentials are characterized by anomalous amplitude of central anterior component. The abnormality of central anterior component may have some diagnostic value for early PD.
