进入新世纪,我国主动承接国际制造业的转移,加快新型工业化进程,努力打造国际制造业基地,对技能型应用人才的需求不断增大,高等职业教育承载着培养直接服务于生产一线新型人才的历史重任;随着现代科技的高速发展,先进制造技术——特别是信息化技术已应用于各高职院校的工程实践教学过程中,数控技术实训已成为工程实践教学的重要内容。我校针对数控实训的特点,建成了以服务器、计算机、扫描仪、打印机、多媒体投影机和数控机床为主体的局域网络,实现了数控程序的传递、信息共享、设备共享,实现了数控实训教学网络化模式。实践证明:对培养学生的创新能力成效显著。

According to the characteristics of numerical control training, our school built a local area network with servers, computers, scanners, printers, multimedia projectors and CNC machine tools as the main body to realize the transfer of NC programs, information sharing and equipment sharing, Training teaching network model. Practice shows that: the training of students’ innovative ability has achieved remarkable results.
