利用Magmasoft数值模拟软件对某直列四缸铝合金缸盖的重力铸造的充型、凝固过程进行数值模拟分析。模拟结果显示,铸件靠近浇道一侧厚壁处易产生缩孔、缩松缺陷。根据分析结果,对重力铸造工艺进行优化设计,降低初始浇注温度并在缺陷部位增设了3根冷却管。优化后的模拟分析结果表明,该部位缩孔、缩松缺陷得到了明显的改善,达到了工艺优化的目的。
Magmasoft numerical simulation software was used to simulate the filling and solidification process of gravity casting of an inline four-cylinder aluminum alloy cylinder head. The simulation results show that the castings near the runner thick-walled easy to produce shrinkage, shrinkage defects. Based on the analysis results, the gravity casting process was optimized, the initial pouring temperature was reduced, and three cooling pipes were added to the defects. The optimized simulation results show that the shrinkage defects and shrinkage defects in this part have been obviously improved, and the process optimization is achieved.
