Aplastic anemia (referred to as aplastic anemia) with posttransfusion hepatitis (PTH), is not uncommon in clinical practice, now the impact of PTH on the outcome of aplastic anemia are discussed below. 1 Materials and Methods From 2005 to 2007 in our hospital were treated aplastic anemia in 21 cases, of which 5 cases during the course of PTH. 1 males and 4 females, aged 10 to 35 years, with a median age of 23 years, 1 case of acute aplastic anemia and 4 cases of chronic aplastic anemia.
