蛋氨酸是大豆种子中主要限制氨基酸。栽培技术对大豆种子氨基酸含量的影响很少报道,在黑龙江省海伦县东风乡保卫村进行的大豆规范化栽培试验中,重点分析了栽培技术对种子蛋氨酸、赖氨酸含量的影响。通过3年试验得出的结论为:农业技术措施对种子氨基酸的含量有影响;凡有利于提高产量的措施,均有利于提高种子蛋氨酸的含量;零水平实施值是适合当地大豆生产的最佳措施。
Methionine is the major limiting amino acid in soybean seeds. The effects of cultivation techniques on the amino acid content of soybean seeds were seldom reported. The effects of cultivation techniques on the contents of methionine and lysine in seeds were analyzed emphatically in soybean standardized cultivation experiments conducted at Baofen Village, Dongfeng Township, Helun County, Heilongjiang Province. The conclusions drawn from the three-year trial are as follows: Agricultural technical measures have an effect on the content of amino acids in seeds; any measures conducive to increasing yields are conducive to increasing the content of methionine in seeds; the zero-level implementation value is the best for local soybean production Measures.
