通过PVA-FRCC(聚乙烯醇-纤维水泥基复合材料)与钢筋黏结锚固构件的中心拉拔试验,对钢筋应力和黏结应力进行了分析.通过回归分析提出了PVA-FRCC与钢筋的黏结强度计算公式,其计算结果与试验结果吻合良好.在可靠度分析的基础上提出了PVA-FRCC与钢筋锚固长度设计建议.结果表明:钢筋锚固长度可按现行的GB 50010—2010《混凝土结构设计规范》规定的公式计算.
The stress of steel bar and the bond stress were analyzed by center pull test of PVA-FRCC (polyvinyl alcohol-fiber cement-based composite) and steel bar anchored anchors, and the bond strength between PVA-FRCC and steel bars was calculated by regression analysis Formula and its calculation results are in good agreement with the experimental results.According to the analysis of reliability, the design proposal of PVA-FRCC and reinforcement anchorage length is put forward.The results show that the anchorage length of reinforcement can be calculated according to the current GB 50010-2010 Code for Design of Concrete Structures Prescribed formula to calculate.
