基于胜任力的职务分析是以胜任力为基本框架,通过对优秀员工的关键特征和组织环境与组织变量两方面来确定岗位胜任要求和组织的核心胜任力,是一种人员导向的职务分析方法。职务分析是人力资源管理的一项基础工作,它为招聘选拔、培训发展、绩效考核和薪酬管理等人力资源管理职能的有效实施提供必要的依据。对职务分析方法的研究有十分重要的理论与实践意义。
