中国科学院钍基熔盐核能系统固态燃料堆(Thorium-based Molten Salt Reactor-Solid Fuel,TMSR-SF)的控制系统设计采用ABB公司800XA系列可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)硬件。800XA系列的PLC虽然控制器和I/O模块丰富,但唯独缺少反应堆棒控棒位系统中关键的步进电机控制器模块。利用ABB PLC丰富的现场总线接口,将AC500系列中的CD522步进电机控制器应用到系统中,实现了800XA基于Profibus-DP即插即用的配置。组态过程中通过对控制器输入输出寄存器的灵活分配,不仅实现了控制器功能的定制,而且简化了后续函数库编程。编写了脉冲输出和编码器功能函数库,实现脉冲输出控制和编码器计数两个主要功能,并对棒控棒位系统的硬件结构进行了可靠性分析。组态好的控制器各项参数可满足棒控棒位系统的要求。
The control system design of Thorium-based Molten Salt Reactor-Solid Fuel (TMSR-SF) for the thorium-based molten salt nuclear power system of the Chinese Academy of Sciences is based on the ABB 800XA series programmable logic controller (PLC) hardware. 800XA series of PLCs, although rich in controllers and I / O modules, lack only the key stepper motor controller modules in the reactor stick control system. Using ABB PLC’s extensive fieldbus interface, the CD522 stepper motor controller in the AC500 series was applied to the system, enabling a 800XA Profibus-DP plug-and-play configuration. Through the flexible allocation of the controller input and output registers in the configuration process, not only the customization of the controller functions but also the subsequent programming of the function library is simplified. The pulse output and encoder function library are programmed to realize the two main functions of pulse output control and encoder counting, and the reliability analysis of the hardware structure of the rod-control rod system. Configured parameters of the controller can meet the requirements of the rod control rod system.
