热洗在油井清蜡管理中占有举足轻重的地位。杏北油田存在热洗设备老化、设备能力差、高压热洗受气候影响等不利因素,热洗参数达标率仅为68.8%。经过大量实践,通过“表线图”法优化制定周期,实现初定、优化、验证热洗周期全过程、全方位的技术改进,确保热洗周期更合理。采用冬夏热洗制度和单井叠加法编制热洗计划,增加日热洗井数,减少月集中热洗天数,进而减少天然气消耗。推行提速热洗以提高热洗质量,热洗前提速,提升清蜡范围;热洗中提速,提高热洗排蜡速度;热洗后提速,减少含水恢复时间,提高单井日产油量,降低吨油耗电量。通过优化周期和科学制定计划,全厂实现热洗周期平均延长12.2天,全年减少集中常规热洗天数2016天,实现年度节气504×104m3。杏北油井卡泵率同比下降了5.3个百分点,吨油耗电下降了0.1kW·h。

Promote speed hot wash to improve the quality of hot wash, speed up before hot wash to enhance the range of wax cleaning; hot wash to speed up to improve the rate of hot wash paraffin; speed after hot wash to reduce the recovery time of water to improve single-well daily oil production and reduce Tons of fuel consumption. By optimizing the cycle and scientifically formulating the plan, the entire plant achieved an average of 12.2 days of hot wash cycle, reducing the annual total number of hot-wash days by 2016 to 504 × 104 m3 annually. Xingbei card pumping rate fell 5.3 percentage points year on year, tons of oil consumption fell 0.1kW · h.
