课堂教学质量历来是学校工作的重中之重。多年来的理论探讨和实践经验均表明:谁抓住了优质课堂的建设,谁就掌握了素质教育的主动权,谁就奏响了大面积提高教育质量的凯歌。谁抓住了优质课堂的建设,谁就抓住了推进实施新课程的要害。在新课程实施中,将新课程理念转化为操作层面是优质课的指导思想,使学生“掌握知识与技能,体验过程与方法,培育情感态度与价值观”是优质课的目标,从知识本位向能力本位转移是优质课的价值取向。
