目的了解浙江省商贸市场个体经商人员艾滋病相关知识、态度和行为现状及其影响因素,为开展针对性的干预工作提供科学依据。方法采用分阶段整群抽样的方法,对1189名个体经商人员进行问卷调查;对787人进行HIV抗体检测。结果调查对象对HIV/AIDS知识有一定的了解,总体知晓率为86.34%,但是知识掌握不够全面,非传播途径知晓率不高,预防措施了解也不够深入;文化程度是一个非常重要的影响因素,本地人口对艾滋病相关知识的知晓率是来自外省人员的1.732倍;对艾滋病疫情不够关注,77.21%的人认为自己不可能感染HIV;安全套使用率不高,只有10.79%的人表示在每次性行为时都会使用安全套;在最近1年中,7.23%的个体经商人员与临时性伴发生过性行为;2人HIV抗体检测呈阳性。结论商贸市场个体经商人员存在较高感染HIV的风险,应针对这一人群的特点和薄弱环节,进一步加大健康教育和干预力度,减少高危行为,降低艾滋病的传播。
Objective To understand the status quo of HIV / AIDS related knowledge, attitude and behavior of individual businesspeople in Zhejiang commerce market and its influencing factors so as to provide a scientific basis for targeted intervention. Methods A total of 1189 individual business people were surveyed by phased cluster sampling method. HIV antibody was detected in 787 people. Results The respondents had a certain knowledge of HIV / AIDS knowledge, with an overall awareness rate of 86.34%. However, the knowledge was not comprehensive enough, the awareness rate of non-transmission routes was not high, and preventive measures were not sufficiently understood. The level of education was a very important factor , Local people’s awareness of HIV / AIDS related knowledge is 1.732 times that of other provinces; not enough attention to the AIDS epidemic, 77.21% of people think they can not be infected with HIV; condom use rate is not high, only 10.79% of people said each time Condom was used during sexual activity; in the last year, 7.23% of individual traders and adolescents had sexual intercourse; 2 were HIV-positive. Conclusion Individual traders in the business and trade market have a higher risk of HIV infection. In response to the characteristics and weaknesses of this group of people, health education and intervention should be further strengthened to reduce high-risk behavior and reduce the spread of AIDS.
