铁路是连按城乡贯通全国的经济大动脉。全路现有基建档案五十六万七千多卷,底图一千一百四十多万张,专职档案工作人员八百多名。铁路基建档案工作,多年来主要是围绕和解决清理、核对、补制和做好竣工图两个问题进行了大量的工作。这两个问题严重地影响着基建档案的质量,影响利用效益。可是要解决这两个问题,涉及面很广,困难也很多。因此,铁道部采取了许多措施,经过多年的上下努力,铁路基建档案的完整、准确程度和质量得到了很大的提高,基本保证了运输,生产的需要. 一、做好清理核对补制工作解放前旧有铁路二万多公里,很少有给我们留下完整、准确的档案的。解放后新建铁路工程,也有许多没有做竣工图,造成铁路基建档案很不完整,很不
The railway is the main artery of economy that runs through the whole country by urban and rural areas. There are more than 557,000 infrastructure files, over 11.4 million base maps and over 800 full-time archivists. For many years, the railway infrastructure archives work has done a great deal of work mainly around and solving the two problems of cleaning up, checking, replenishing and completing the as-built plans.
