针对空心轴系纵向振动问题,文章提出了利用粘弹性调谐阻尼器对其进行振动控制的方法。基于有阻尼动力吸振器的原理,文中首先详细地介绍了该种阻尼器的设计过程,并运用理论方法和有限元方法对调谐阻尼器的减振效果进行了分析,分析结果表明:对于轴系的纵向振动,调谐阻尼器的减振效果取决于粘弹性材料的损耗因子,对于轴系—调谐阻尼器系统,粘弹性材料的损耗因子存在一个最优值,当粘弹性材料的损耗因子处于其最优值时,调谐阻尼器能取得非常好的减振效果。
In order to solve the problem of longitudinal vibration of hollow shaft system, a method of controlling the vibration of the hollow shaft system using viscoelastic tuning damper is proposed.
