激光滤帘成形术(Laser trabeculoplasty)简称LTP)可以降低青光眼的眼压。如同对任何新的疗法一样,有必要确定它潜在的或实际发生的并发症,及其发生率和严重程度。为此作者分析了300例LTP的资料。本组病例所用LTP的方法有所不同。有的在房角一周做85—110个击射点,有的在房角半周做45—60个击射点。时间为0.1秒,光斑大小为50μm。除了很早期病例,激光能量为1000mW外,都以使击射点产生很小的气泡或发白为准。击射点位于巩膜突之前,Schwalbe线之后。先做的150眼中,一般击射点位于滤帘色素带后部,最近做的则位于滤帘色素带前缘。
