针对工业阀门失效分析的典型案例进行分析,探索理化检测技术在工业阀门质量监督检验中的应用。通过金相和电子扫描显微分析,接合阀门的工业生产取证,发现阀门密封件表面层Cr含量偏低,同时密封件表面存在有机物附着,最终导致阀门密封性能下降。根据GB/T24919-2010《工业阀门安装使用维护一般要求》提出相关建议。
Analysis of typical cases of industrial valve failure analysis to explore the physical and chemical detection technology in the industrial valve quality supervision and inspection applications. Through metallographic and electronic scanning microscopic analysis, the industrial production of the valve joint evidence, we found that the surface of the valve seal Cr content is low, while the seal surface organic matter adhesion, eventually leading to the valve sealing performance degradation. According to GB / T24919-2010 “industrial valve installation and maintenance of general requirements” to make relevant recommendations.
