在信息技术的推动下,医院档案管理逐渐朝着办公自动化方向发展。这一现象的存在不仅提高了工作效率,增加了协同办公的可能,也为最终决策效能的提高起到举足轻重的作用。医院档案管理朝着自动化、信息化方向发展是时代发展的必然趋势,也是医院自身发展的必然要求。但是在实际发展过程中我们会发现,办公自动化环境的到来为医院档案管理带来了新的挑战,人员匮乏与制度缺失等问题制约着档案管理效率的提升。为促进医院档案工作效率的提升,更好的为患者服务,接下来我将结合多年的工作经验以及相关的期刊文献就办公自动化环境下如何提高医院档案管理工作的开展进行深入阐述。
Driven by information technology, hospital archives management gradually toward the direction of office automation. The existence of this phenomenon not only improves work efficiency and increases the possibility of coordination office, but also plays an important role in improving the final decision-making efficiency. The development of hospital archives management in the direction of automation and informatization is an inevitable trend of the development of the times and an inevitable requirement for the development of the hospital itself. However, in the process of actual development, we will find that the advent of office automation environment brings new challenges to the hospital archives management. The lack of staff and the lack of system restrict the efficiency of archives management. In order to promote the efficiency of the hospital archives work and better serve the patients, I will combine the years of work experience and relevant periodical literature to elaborate on how to improve the hospital archives management work in the office automation environment.
