目的经外周静脉团注声学造影剂后,分析不同部位和不同剂量的条件下的能量图时间-强度曲线的变化。方法经外周静脉团注声学造影剂后采取造影前后的不同部位和不同剂量下的动态图像,以每秒一帧进行视频强度分析并绘制时间-强度曲线,并分析不同剂量、部位的曲线形态的差异。结果显示在同一剂量下,不同部位的时间-强度曲线是有变化的。从曲线形态上,空腔灌注血管(动脉)的曲线比实质脏器更为拉伸和延展、增强的持续时间长,实质性组织灌注(肾脏)曲线则相对狭窄。随着剂量的增加,曲线出现“平台期”,任何一部位的时间强度曲线均随剂量的增加而延长。但视频强度的峰值很快便达到饱和,而且并不随着剂量增加而增加。结论在进行时间-强度曲线的定量研究中必须掌握好剂量,对比组之间的剂量务必保持一致,使用剂量应该:①没有溢出伪像;②峰值平台期应该短;③寻找能相对不依赖于剂量的方法是解决定量问题的关键。
Objective To study the change of the time-intensity curve of energy pattern under the condition of different parts and different doses after grouping the contrast agent with peripheral vein. The results show that in the same dose, different parts of the time-intensity curve is changing. From the curve morphology, the curve of perfusion of blood vessels (arteries) in the cavity is more stretched and extended than that of the real organ, the duration of enhancement is longer, and the curve of substantial tissue perfusion (kidney) is relatively narrow. With the increase of dose, the curve appeared “platform period”, the time intensity curve of any part prolonged with dose increasing. However, the peak of the video intensity quickly reaches saturation and does not increase with dose. Conclusions The dose must be well controlled during the quantitative study of the time-intensity curve. The dose between the control groups must be consistent. The dose should be: ① no spillover artifacts; ② the peak plateau should be short; ③ the search should be relatively independent of The method of dosage is the key to solving the quantitative problem.
