合理配置水土保持措施,是加快水土流失治理步伐,保护和巩固治理成果,提高水土保持工作质量,带动治理区生态、经济可持续发展的重要途径。浙江省东白山小流域采取水土保持工程措施及植物措施优化配置设计,取得了显著的治理成效。治理后,流域治理度达81%,年减少土壤侵蚀量6.8万t,涵蓄水量153.3万m3,产生经济效益134万元,促进了农村各业的发展及水土资源的可持续利用,增加了农民收入,逐步实现了生态、社会、经济效益的有效统一。

Soil and water conservation engineering measures and plant configuration optimization design have been adopted in the Dongbaishan catchment in Zhejiang Province.
