[目的]本研究以万寿菊花直径性状为例以期筛选出用于万寿菊DUS测试指南的标准品种。[方法]每个品种花直径两年的测试数据经采集后利用箱线图分析每个品种花直径的一致性和稳定性。[结果]根据箱线图所反映的各品种直径的变异性、测量值分布的对称性以及异常值情况,品种16、2、4被分别确定为花直径表达状态3.0-4.4,6.0-7.4和9.0-10.4cm的标准品种。[结论]箱线图是一种对品种进行总体分析的有效方法,它能够提供包括每个品种花的直径的实际和可能的表达范围,测量中间值和异常值在内的信息。该方法也为筛选其他数量性状的标准品种以及评价品种质量提供了参考。
[Objective] The study aimed to take the diameter characters of marigold flowers as an example to screen out the standard varieties used in the DUS test guideline of marigolds. [Method] The test data of flower diameter of two varieties for each variety were collected and the consistency and stability of the flower diameter of each variety were analyzed by box plot. [Result] According to the variability of diameter, the symmetry of measured value distribution and the abnormal value reflected by the box diagram, varieties 16, 2 and 4 were determined as flower diameter expression state 3.0-4.4,6.0-7.4 and 9.0-10.4cm standard varieties. [Conclusion] The box plot is an effective method for overall analysis of cultivars. It can provide information including the actual and possible expression ranges of the diameter of flowers for each variety, the median measurement and outliers. This method also provides a reference for screening standard varieties of other quantitative traits and evaluating the quality of cultivars.
