为探索甘蓝(Brassica oleracea L.)在各种非生物逆境条件下NAC转录因子的表达,以“中甘11号”为材料,克隆获得甘蓝NAC转录因子BoNAC2基因的cDNA全长序列。序列分析表明,该cDNA片段全长为1 002bp,编码333个氨基酸,具有典型的NAC类蛋白的结构特征。进化树分析表明,该蛋白属于SENU5亚族,并与甘蓝型油菜(Brassica napus L.)BnNAC亲缘关系最近。亚细胞定位显示,BoNAC2蛋白分布于细胞核中。qRT-PCR分析表明,BoNAC2基因受PEG和NaCl诱导表达。
In order to explore the expression of NAC transcription factor in Brassica oleracea L. under various abiotic stress conditions, the full-length cDNA sequence of BoNAC2 gene was cloned from Brassica oleracea L. with “Zhong Gan 11”. Sequence analysis showed that the full length of the cDNA fragment was 1 002 bp, encoding 333 amino acids, with the typical structural features of NAC type proteins. Phylogenetic tree analysis showed that this protein belongs to the SENU5 subfamily and has the closest genetic relationship with BnNAC in Brassica napus L. Subcellular localization shows that BoNAC2 protein is distributed in the nucleus. qRT-PCR analysis showed that BoNAC2 gene was induced by PEG and NaCl.
