对高铍铸造铍铝合金的显微组织以及拉伸试验断裂过程进行了分析,并结合GB/T228.1-2010以及ASTM E8-2004的要求与定义探讨了用于准确评价高铍铸造铍铝合金延伸率的指标。结果表明:由于高铍铸造铍铝合金实际上是一种以铝为基体的复合材料,拉伸试验后试样不一定完全断开,所以对其延伸率指标进行评价时,不宜采用试样断后对接的方法;最好用引伸计采集精准应变,选取合适的断裂点判据,以便测得有效的延伸率指标。
The microstructure of the beryllium-beryllium-beryllium-aluminum alloy and the fracture process of the tensile test were analyzed. The requirements and definitions of GB / T228.1-2010 and ASTM E8-2004 were also discussed in order to evaluate the accuracy of the beryllium- Alloy elongation index. The results show that the beryllium-aluminum alloy is actually an aluminum matrix composite material, and the tensile strength of the beryllium-aluminum alloy may not be completely broken after the tensile test. Therefore, Docking method; best to use the extensometer to collect accurate strain, select the appropriate break point criteria, in order to measure the effective elongation index.
